What to include
The faster we understand your workload, the faster you get a real number instead of a generic one. Useful details:
- Sustained data in and data out (MiB/s or GB/s), and how spiky it gets at peak.
- Retention window, and roughly how much you expect to have stored.
- Where you need data hosted — a specific EU region, or a fully off-public-cloud deployment. See security for what's possible.
- If you're moving off another provider: a recent invoice or usage export makes it easy for us to model the same workload on ntail — see the calculator for a rough number yourself first.
- Any compliance or GDPR questions — see our privacy policy and data processing addendum, and ask if anything's missing.
